Justin Thompson (men’s singles champion) and Lavinia Hogg (ladies’ singles champion) proved their dominance at the weekend’s Easter Classic.
Held at Geelong Dart Club on Saturday and Sunday, the tournament attracted players from across the country vying for ranking points and prize money.
In the men’s singles competition, Justin Thompson emerged victorious over Brody Klinge in the final.
Meanwhile in the ladies’ singles competition, Lavinia Hogg defeated Tori Kewish in the decider to take out the championship.
It was Hogg’s second trophy of the weekend after triumphing in the mixed doubles event on the Saturday.
The teams of Michael Bajowski and Mal Cuming (men’s doubles), Tori Kewish and Barb Smyth (ladies’ doubles) and Lucas Cameron and Lavinia Hogg (mixed doubles) conquered in Saturday’s doubles events.
Youngster Jackson Viccars defeated Hudson Nolan to prevail in the junior’s singles competition.
