For an event like the Australian Championships to proceed, we need as much support from willing sponsors and partners to be able to make it happen.
This week’s 42nd Australian Championship event at Rich River Country Club in Moama is no exception, and we are lucky enough to have so great partners on Board.
That starts with the Rich River Golf Club and the Murray River Council – both who have been big supporters of the competition and the two weeks of Darts action in the region.
Rich River Golf Club provides an incredible location and facilities for us to host the Championships, and the administration, staff, venue and facilities continue to be first class.
Similarly, the support we receive from the local Council helps to drive the Australian Championships and the Australian Open from being held in the region. True we bring a significant injection of revenue to the local economy, and the partnership is a huge win-win for everyone.
Eagle Sports and One80 also provide significant support to Darts Australia, and are once again sponsors of the Championships this year.
One80 is the official Board of Darts Australia, and both companies have been generous in their support to help make the event happen.
Dyenamic Sublimation have also supported the event, sponsoring the shirts for the President’s XI.
For the Australian Open the Moama Bowling Club continue to be a huge partner with us, and we are grateful for everything they contribute to making the event a reality.
