Murray Bridge Anzac Grand Prix – Event Recap

The Murray Bridge Anzac Grand Prix took place over the weekend, and it was an event that was packed full of action!

Here is a full recap of all the events that took place at the Murray Bridge Darts Club over the weekend.

In a close encounter, Brandon Weening took out the victory in the Men’s Singles event, defeating Peter Machin 5-4 in the final. Both Brandon and Peter had impressive runs into the final, and it was a great contest in the end.

The Ladies Singles final was another close one, with Melina Van Den Kieboom taking out the win in the end over Jo Hadley. The final score was 4-3. It was a well-deserved victory for Melina in the end.

While he wasn’t able to go all the way in the Singles competition, Peter Machin was victorious in the Men’s Doubles event. He paired up with Aaron Morrison to defeat the duo of Trent Mitchell and Danny Porter 7-3 in the final.

The Ladies Doubles event saw Jules Taylor and Abbey Morrison take out the win, defeating Gemma Leonard and Deb Leonard 6-1 in the final.
