Darts Australia (DA) together with My Sport Live (MSL) is thrilled to announce a new media and communications agreement.
The arrangement will see MSL work with DA to service the operations of DA’s website and social media channels – and produce various forms of communication to DA’s members and stakeholders.
MSL Managing Director Andrew Weiss embraced the new partnership stating,
“In the heart of this challenging time for the sporting landscape, joining forces with Darts Australia is super exciting for us,” Weiss said.
“Our relationship stems back to livestreaming the 2019 Australian Open in Echuca Moama – and we’re now looking forward to expanding the partnership with this new media services contract.”
“The chance to add another national sporting body to our list of clients is exciting for us – we hope to enhance Darts Australia’s online presence and member communication,” Weiss added.
Speaking on the announcement, Darts Australia’s President Kelvin James said he’s eager to grow the affiliation with this new contract and increase the exposure of darts in Australia.
“Working with My Sport Live to livestream the Australian Open gave our sport a platform to be viewed from all over the world.” James said.
“It’s a pleasure to now strengthen our relationship with this new media services contract.”
“We can’t wait to increase the profile of Darts – both nationally and globally –and highlight our athletes, clubs and competitions to existing and new stakeholders.”
“The added media presence MSL will produce for us is exciting, particularly with the potential to elevate our sport to wider audiences.” James added.
