In other wonderful news for DA, Kelvin James has come back to fill the role of President of the organisation which comes at an exciting time back for the sport as we return to play around the country.

Speaking about his re-appointment to the President position, James said he was looking forward to being back heavily involved and helping to get the sport back on its feet following the Pandemic enforced interruptions to the sport over the past two years.

“I have to tell you, I can’t wait to be back in an official capacity on the Darts Australia Board” he said.

“The past couple of years have been quite a journey for everyone, and it is refreshing to see that things in the world of sport are slowly returning to a new normal.

“It was a tough thing to do stepping away from the sport in an official capacity, but as everyone knows, personal health and family is the number one priority.

“But now that I can, I am ready to help lead a wonderful group of Directors and work together with the State and Territory Bodies, Participants and Stakeholders so we can rebuild, reunite and continue to facilitate  opportunities for all players, volunteers and officials.”
