Darts Australia is proud to announce the Australian Youth Team for 2025. The Team was announced at the High-Performance Squad weekend in Murray Bridge at the Anzac classic.
Over the past months since the Australian Championships in January the selected Squad members have had to work with their Captains and their own mentors to improve their game overall. Many things are taken into consideration in regard to the Final Selections and in this year’s case it was probably one of the hardest to decide on who got selected. It was very close in quite a few instances. Those who missed out are being encouraged to continue to work hard and play in as much as you can to gain experience and match play.
Peter Machin & Jo Hadley mentored the youth in Murray Bridge and Raymond Smith did a Video along with last World Cup junior Kody Lane. These mentoring sessions are invaluable and gives our youth an insight into where to from here and how to set their Goals for the future.
Congratulations to everyone along with Captains Mark Edwards & Lisa Dann it is sure to be a successful Representative Team
