AUSTRALIAN WORLD CUP SELECTION
The number one ranked male and female players in the WDF Regional Tables as of June 30 in the World Cup year will be rewarded with a position on the Australian team to represent Australia at the WDF World Cup.
This year the World Cup takes place in Denmark on September 25-30 and Australia will be among 53 confirmed countries competing in this amazing event.
Australia has a long and proud history at the World Cup and our players will be making every effort to once again fight their way to the final stages in each event and come home victorious.
This policy represents reward for effort, consistency and results in a variety of competitive arena’s and gives every player the opportunity to represent Australia at the World Cup.
This year the two players topping the regional tables are Kym Mitchell and Peter Machin of South Australia.
The remaining six players (three male and female) will be selected at the conclusion of the Australian Senior Championships that take place at the Rich River Golf & Country Club, Moama on August 5 -11 2023
